    Dr. Abhilash Aggarwal

    Founder & Director, The Mendes Legal
    Law is not just a profession; it is the conscience of society. Through interdisciplinary research, we aim to bridge the gap between legal theory and social reality.

    Dr Abhilash Aggarwal is a legal researcher and a budding law student with a keen interest in AI and judicial decision-making, constitutional law, gender justice, criminal law reforms, and cybersecurity. He holds a PhD in Law from Central University of Haryana and a Gold Medal in LL.M. from NUSRL, Ranchi. His publications include Springer Nature proceedings, IGI Global chapters, and other renowned publications. He has presented at international conferences in Spain, Belarus, and London, and has received multiple Best Research Paper awards consecutively since 2023.

    While serving as a reviewer for Scopus, Wiley, Springer, and IGI-indexed journals, he is the Editor-in-Chief of CLRS Journal for Global Justice & Governance and has been on the editorial and advisory boards of the Committees on Research, has chaired sessions and delivered talks at NLU's and other Tier 1 institutions in India.

    He is actively seeking peer review and editorial collaborations with high-impact journals, publishing houses, universities or institutions, and think tanks, while engaging in work that is driven by academic integrity, interdisciplinary rigour, and a commitment to ethical legal scholarship.
